Veg Shami Kabab – Pigeon Airfryer Recipe

Preheat Pigeon Super Air Fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes.
· 2 cups rajma (soaked over night)
· 100 gms chana dal · 1 small onion (diced)
· 1 tomato (diced)
· 3 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
· 1 tsp ginger paste
· 1 tsp garlic paste
· 4 green chillies (chopped)
· 1 tsp red chilly powder
· 1 tsp coriander powder
· ½ tsp turmeric powder
· ½ tsp garam masala powder
· 3 tbsp grated coconut
· Salt
How To Cook
Step 1: Mix all the above ingredients, add 1/2 a cup of water and cook this mixture in a pressure cooker (about 3-4 whistles)
Step 2: Open the pressure cooker, cook the mixture till its completely dry, let the mixture cool down
Step 3: Grind the mixture into a smooth mixture
Step 4: Divide the mixture into small portions, shape into round balls and flatten them, cook in air fryer they are golden brown
Step 5: Serve hot with chutney
