Soya Kheema & Peas Samosas

Preheat Pigeon Super Air Fryer at 180° C for 5 minutes
Dough · 2 cups flour (maida) ·
6 tbsp ghee or oil (warm) · ½ tsp salt ·
Water as required ·
To serve · 1 cup custard ·
Sugar to sprinkle ·
Oil for frying Kheema filling ·
2 cups soya granules (soaked and when using squeeze excess water) ·
½ cup boiled peas ·
2 medium onions (finely diced) ·
½ cup coriander leaves (finely chopped) ·
6 green chilies (finely chopped) ·
1 tsp ginger paste ·
1 tsp turmeric powder ·
A pinch of garam masala powder ·
4 tbsp oil ·
Salt .
How to cook
Step 1: Place flour in a mixing bowl and add the salt.
Step 2: Make a well in the center; add the warm ghee or oil
Step 3: Gradually add water and knead into hard dough
Step 4: Step aside
Step 5: Heat oil in a pan
Step 6: Add ginger garlic paste in it and fry for 30 seconds or until it turns golden
Step 7: Add the onions, sauté till translucent
Step 8. Add soya granules and peas and fry for 5 minutes.
Step 9: Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, green chilies, coriander, and salt; mix well.
Step 10: Cook for 10 minute
