Gajari Spring Rolls – Pigeon Airfryer Recipe

Preheat Pigeon Super Air Fryer at 180° C for 5 minutes


  • 250 gms carrot (grated)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 200 gms khoya
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ tin milkmaid
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 3 tbsp dry fruits (almonds chashewnuts etc)
  • 10 spring roll sheets
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds (roasted)

How To Cook

Step 1: Put carrot and milk in a vessel and cook till carrot is slightly tendered

Step 2: Add sugar, milkmaid in carrot and keep stirring it, for a few minutes

Step 3: Finally khoya and mix it well into mixture, add ghee and cook till the halwa is dry

Step 4: Add the dry fruits, remove is a bowl and allow the halwa to cool down

Step 5: Make the spring rolls with the filling

Step 6: Place in the air fryer and fry till golden brown

Step 7: Brush honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds
